Building access here
Most Sukhumvit towers here are 1990s–2000s high-rises with a staffed juristic office at the ground floor — expect to sign the technician in and show the booking confirmation. Service lifts often need a slot booked with building management, especially during the 9am–6pm office block. Outdoor condensers are usually on a shared service ledge outside the kitchen rather than a private balcony, so a quick heads-up to the juristic office avoids a delay at the door.
Sukhumvit between Nana and Chidlom is Bangkok’s oldest expat core, and it shows in the building stock: older high-rise towers with deeper floor plans than the newer developments further out the line, most of them fitted with two or three wall-mounted units per condo rather than the single-split studios common near On Nut. That mix is why the area earns its own page rather than a line in a list — a typical booking here is a two-unit condo, bedroom plus living room, and the ฿2,200 total for two units is the number most Sukhumvit bookings actually pay, not the single-unit ฿1,200 headline.
The corridor from Nana down to Phrom Phong is dense enough that most jobs are a short walk from the station, but the buildings themselves add time a newer Thonglor low-rise doesn’t: signing in at a juristic office, waiting for a service lift shared with deliveries and other residents, and coordinating access to condensers that sit on a shared ledge rather than a private balcony. None of that changes the price on the card — it changes how early we ask you to confirm building access details, so the one-hour arrival window still holds.
Chidlom sits slightly apart from the Nana–Phrom Phong run — quieter, more residential, closer to Central Embassy than to the soi-by-soi condo density further south — but the same access pattern applies: staffed reception, a booking system for the lift, and outdoor units usually reachable without a ladder.
If your building isn’t listed above, message us the condo name on LINE — we cover the whole area, and we’ll ask a couple of access questions before booking rather than finding out from the technician at the door.
